DataMiner Next Generation Dashboards (DMS-DB) is a brand new, state-of-the-art application enabling operators to more efficiently tap into the vast amount of valuable real-time and historical operational information available in the DataMiner multi-vendor network management environment. DMS-DB allows operators to design user-defined dashboards that consolidate all essential information and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) from the devices, locations, services and business SLA’s available in their operational environment.

DMS-DB’s are accessible via a platform independent web interface, and can be used from engineering up to top level management to get a detailed inside view on the operations via an interactive, visually very appealing and highly intuitive graphical interface. This web interface can be accessed directly, or launched from within the other DataMiner applications, automatically feeding the right information into the selected dashboard layout.

The new application is expected to significantly reduce the time to respond to system issues, and to enable all users at all levels of the corporation to get a better understanding of the operations. With one click operators can now visualize and track key performance indicators in affected system segments, while managers can view comprehensive SLA information, including real-time SLA readings as well as historical SLA performance.
