With your DataMiner Maintenance Contract you will have:


Helpdesk


Unlimited telephone or email support at normal desk hours done by experienced and skilled Skyline DataMiner engineers.



On Site Support


If necessary DataMiner experts will come over to fix your problems or to advise you as response to your questions.



Remote Assistence


The DataMiner support engineers can give you remote support directly from our headquarters in Izegem by use of a dial-in connections, broadband, ISDN, VPN, ...



Maintenance Visits


At regular time periods, a Skyline Application Engineer will visit you to do some checkups of the system and to respond to any requests you may have.



Software Updates




In your maintenance contract you will get all the major and minor updates of the DataMiner software. With our intelligent update system this will be done in no time.
