As an Agile Coach, you are accountable for coaching and mentoring the people in your team, cross-team and cross organization into living the agile values and principles.

You are a change agent that supports the continuous agile evolution. Though Agile is simple, it is not easy. With the support from the agile coach entire companies can transform from doing agile to being agile.

• Advocate an agile mindset, helping the team to adopt and live by these values.

What skills.do you require?

• Good knowledge about Scrum theory, practices, and principles
• Agile certifications (Agile coach, Product Owner, Scrum Master) are a plus.
• Affinity with IT and Software.
• Experience working in a software environment/with software developers.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
