We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Emergency Response Team
As a DevOps Engineer within the Emergency Response Team, you become the lifeline when our users are in urgent need. Your superpowers include clear communication, nerves of steel, and critical thinking. And when you’re not saving the day, you're on the lookout for ways to enhance our DataMiner platform, ensuring it consistently makes our users' lives easier.

- You will respond to and resolve critical incidents promptly and effectively.
- You will assess and diagnose complex technical problems adeptly, even in high-pressure situations.
- You will develop and implement solutions to prevent future incidents.
- You will develop and maintain tools to optimize our workflow efficiency.
- You will engage with customers during incidents.
- You will participate in post-incident reviews to identify and help implement improvements.

What skills.do you require?
No doubt you know your way around code. But let's dig a bit deeper into the various technical skills you'll need to get started as a DevOps Engineer in the Emergency Response Team.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP (firewalls, routers, etc.), multithreading, web services, .Net Remoting and *Wireshark$.
- Basic knowledge of C#, or good experience with a similar language.
- Experience with HTML, XML, *client-server systems, and SNMP.
- Strong affinity with MS Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of MySQL and Cassandra is an asset.
- Basic familiarity with HFC broadband, IPTV, broadcast and satellite systems is a plus.
