Nice to meet you!

At Skyline, you work with DataMiner, our xOps platform that helps global organizations manage and automate mission‑critical ecosystems across telecom, media, satellite, cloud, and smart infrastructures. It brings all technologies and data together into one real‑time digital twin that enables seamless monitoring, AI‑powered insights, and intelligent automation so companies can operate as agile, data‑driven powerhouses.

We’re looking for a Director Product Management

As Product Management Director, you will define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our DataMiner platform, a comprehensive xOps solution that unifies data, control, automation, and orchestration across complex operations.

You will work with product, engineering, sales, and partners to turn strategic market insights into products and features that help customers solve real operational challenges across telecom, network infrastructure, data centers, multi-cloud environments, and digital transformation initiatives.

Let’s get down to business

A glimpse of.your [future]

Transparency is a key value here at Skyline. So let's forget about empty job titles or colorful descriptions for a moment and take a look at what you'd actually be doing here.

  • You will define and own the product vision and strategic roadmap for the DataMiner platform, spanning capabilities such as advanced data acquisition, analytics, digital twins, automation, orchestration, and AI-enabled insights.
  • You will set up and continuously improve Product Management processes, ensuring clarity, alignment, and execution across teams.
  • You will work closely with Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to prioritize investments and deliver high-value solutions.
  • You will translate deep customer understanding and market trends into clear product strategy, including use cases for service orchestration, workflow automation, performance monitoring, fault-to-fix capabilities, and multi-domain operations.
  • You will drive complex product initiatives from strategy through execution, de-risking delivery and measuring impact.
  • You will represent Product Management in strategic company discussions and decision-making.
  • You will mentor and develop product talent and help expand product management maturity within the organization.

What skills.do you require?

No doubt you know your way around the tech industry. But let's dig a bit deeper into the various technical skills you'll need to get started as a Director Product Management.

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a B2B technology environment with complex platforms or operational software.
  • You have a very strong background in OSS, telecom, networking, data center, or xOps solutions; experience with AI-enabled platforms is a strong plus.
  • You understand the value of data unification, automation, orchestration, and real-time operational insights in large-scale systems and can translate that into product strategy.
  • You have hands-on experience setting up and scaling Product Management processes.
  • You are comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Your [competencies]

You'll be working in a highly technical environment prone to constant change and evolution. On top of that, you'll have to collaborate with a great many (marvelous) people. All very exciting! But it also calls for a special kind of mind- and skillset.

  • You are a strong leader who gets things done.
  • You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, pragmatic approach.
  • You take ownership and responsibility for outcomes, not just ideas.
  • You can influence and align senior stakeholders across teams and disciplines.
  • You bring structure without bureaucracy and clarity without oversimplification.
