As a junior sales consultant, you'll help our clients perfect their operational, service, and sales processes, guiding them through a customer-focused digital transformation. Your primary responsibilities will include developing business process services solutions for our DataMiner customers and profitably growing future services. With your strong willingness to learn and grow, you'll be able to make a real impact in the world of digital transformation.

- You will receive extensive training and coaching from the rest of the team from day one.
- You will identify and develop sales opportunities within a specific set of target accounts/regions/markets.
- You will establish and maintain strong relationships with target accounts.
- You will drive sales opportunities through the early stages of the sales process by communicating regularly with clients and providing appropriate content and materials.
- You will meticulously track and report on your sales activities and progress using our CRM platform.
- You will leverage modern digital selling techniques, including AI-based tools, to identify new leads and expand your sales pipeline.
- You will actively monitor the status of all sales opportunities in your pipeline.
- You will participate in the contracting process.
- You will work closely with the Sales Operations team to provide support for sales plan administration, partner management, and quoting processes, while gaining valuable insights into the evolution of sales ideas into successful business deals.

- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Technology/Software or Business/Economics.
- You have the ability to work with rapidly changing deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You have commercial awareness and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- You have strong communication and presentation skills, as well as exceptional organizational skills.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch, with sound knowledge of French; other languages are a plus.
