We’re looking for a Partner Development Director
As a Partner Development Director, you drive the creation and expansion of strategic ecosystem partnerships with leading global System Integrators (SI's) and technology platform providers in the Telco, Media, Energy & Smart Ecosystem domains. The role’s mission is to position DataMiner xOps as a foundational, data-driven operations platform within partner offerings—either embedded in SI solutions or recommended by technology providers to extend and complete their portfolios. The focus is on deep penetration within a selected number of high-impact partners, followed by scalable ecosystem growth.

- You will position Dataminer in the partner eco-system of selected global SI's and technology platform providers, working closely together with sales, business development and product marketing.
- You will build senior-level relationships across partner organizations (business, architecture, delivery, and alliances).
- You will position DataMiner xOps as a core enabler for data-driven operations, automation, operational intelligence and the upcoming genAI era.
- You will facilitate inclusion of DataMiner in partner solution catalogs, reference architectures, and transformation frameworks.
- You will co-develop joint value propositions, go-to-market plans, and strategic account plans aligned with our corporate strategy.
- You will act as a bridge between partners and internal product, account, and marketing teams.
- You will report to the Global Sales Leadership Team.

- You have a proven experience in business development, alliances, or partnerships within B2B Telco, Media, or adjacent enterprise technology markets.
- You have a strong track record working with global System Integrators (Big 4 amongst others) and/or enterprise technology platform providers.
- You have deep understanding of complex operational environments and data-driven transformation initiatives.
- You have experience positioning platform technology within broader ecosystem solutions rather than selling point products.
- You feel comfortable navigating in complex organizations and you have the ability to operate at executive and delivery levels.
- You are entrepreneurial and outcome-driven, with a focus on deep impact over broad reach.
- You are technically curious, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value.
